Let me explain. Every year, our illustrious Chamber of Commerce throws this thing called Taste of the Town, in which local restaurants set up booths in the convention center and, for $20 at the door, feed you as much as you can hold.
Have I ever mentioned that Dias likes to eat? Like, a lot? Like, as in, when owners of all-you-can-eat restaurants see him coming, they scramble to lock the door and flip the sign to the "closed" side?
Did I mention the free beer? And the Hilton booth giving out pieces of barely seared, almost sashimi-like tuna steak? Yeah, Bowman's nice and happy too.
I'm glad they're happy, because I am miserable.
