Nov. 29th, 2002 10:49 pmContrary to popular belief, you can reuse a vacuum cleaner bag.
However, you probably don't want to, especially if you own cats, because reusing the bag means emptying it. Emptying the bag means reaching in there and pulling out huge tangled masses of cat hair and Carpet Fresh, not to mention shaking all the loose dusty stuff out. And if you sew, this means being very careful that you do not grab a pin at the wrong angle.
And wash your hands afterward. Preferably with a wire brush.
You should only attempt this when you have no spare vacuum cleaner bags at 9 PM and have no transportation to a place that sells them.
