Ahhh yeah. Everyone who read (some of) the books first and then heard about the TV show was like "....seriously?!" because of all the shit that happens, but then people starting posting picspams of Kahlan and Cara being awesome and Richard with his shirt off being attractive and we have been slowly warming to the idea!
My sister read them all while she was pregnant and complained that later on (there are TWELVE BOOKS) there was one book that was about NOTHING BUT RICHARD'S WIZARD HEADACHES. And it was still two inches thick! AUGH
