Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1. Long bike ride.
2. Katamari Damacy. Especially a level where I can roll up lots of people. Especially the little kids that think it's funny and the "Oh my GOD!" lady.
3. Chocolate. Especially in Godiva alcoholic form.
4. Long walk with camera in one pocket and pack of smokuses in other pocket.
5. Trip to Dad's house for wrinklepuppy therapy.
6. Foofy coffee. Preferably with chocolate or caramel and whipped cream and shit in it.

8. Nap, with Spazz as pillow or foot warmer. Mini-Me is too sharp and pointy to be of any stress-reducing use.
