Amount of cheese stuff left over, in cheesecake units: approximately 0.75
And today's helpful safety tip: when attempting to wrestle uncooperative beaters free from hand mixer, keep hold of both beaters. Failure to do so may result in bodily harm or cheesecake skidmarks down the side of the nearest wall or appliance when one beater comes free into your waiting hand and takes the other out with it, sending the other beater (now a small cream-cheese-loaded missile) flying merrily through the air.
[Edit: Also, my Green Lantern ring seems to have gotten heavily smeared with cheesegoo and is now all sticky. OH NOES I CANNOT FIGHT EVIL WITH A STICKY POWER RING]
