May. 30th, 2002 05:48 pmSim Dias (who looks nothing like Dias, but I'll have to live with it until I learn to make skins) moved in with Sim Ashton (ditto) this morning. They smooch a lot.
They also have a hot tub. Ahem.
Something happened before I put the game down to get ready for work that made me both "aww" in sympathy for poor Sim Ashton and laugh my ass off.
Dias set the kitchen on fire the first time he tried to cook. And although Ashton does drink a lot of espresso, Dias seems to drink even more.
I sat Ashton down at the piano to practice and left Dias to his own devices, then sped up the game. And then, every ten seconds or so, Dias would come in, boo and raspberry at Ashton, and go back to whatever he was doing.
And then they both got into the hot tub, so it was all good.
I also broke down and made Precis and her old man. I'm very proud of the Neumann house, even if building and furnishing it did require taking full and unfair advantage of the money cheat. Three badass computers, woodworking bench and chemistry set for the old man, super funky room for Precis with her own bathroom upstairs, and...Bobot. Sort of. It's the robot maid you can buy in Livin' Large. But it's a Bobot as far as I'm concerned.
After I got them moved in, Ashton came to visit. Precis came home from school and started chattering at Ashton. Ashton made small talk for a minute and then bailed. Oh, game, I love you.
