Boy, today was an adventure.

First: SUDDENLY, COLD FRONT. Which is fine, I can dig that, it means I'm that much less sweaty when I get to work. Except around lunchtime or so it began to drizzle. Cold, I can deal with. Cold and wet? Pass, thanks.

Then: The best foreign object found in a computer to date.

And then: Innocent computer components being held hostage.

Now: I am cold and damp and tired, and my ears hurt. And I forgot to get t.p. on the way home. :P

Forgot to mention this little bit of excitement today:

I needed a piece of tape. So, naturally, I reached for the tape dispenser. As I pulled the tape out, a BIG FUCKING SPIDER rode along the roll and started crawling towards my hand. So I dropped the papers in my other hand and dropped the end of the tape and flew about four feet back and flailed my arms and SCREAMED LIKE A GIRL.

Office Lady sighed, got up, and took tape dispenser and spider outside.
