Note to [our competitor, another small computer repair place in town which recently closed]: Glad you're out of business; it is your karma for screwing my mother over twice and not fixing her computer.
These, incidentally, were the same dingbats that wanted to pay me minimum wage or not much better to do the same job with roughly the same hours I'm doing now. NOT.
