So most of you may have heard it's now a federal offense to annoy someone on teh Intarwebs.

If it means we can finally string up the guy that made this fucking thing, hey, I'm all for it.

yes, I know, it only applies to anonymous annoyance and the dude's got his name on it. I can dream.
