Here's a weird question.

Any virus collectors among you?

Before you ask, no, I'm not planning to send one to anyone. I just know that there are people who collect virii, either for research or for fun or both, and I'm thinking about taking up the pastime. I liken it to putting dead deer heads on your wall. "Looky here, Ned. That there's a VBS.Loveletter, that's a Bymer over there, and that's a SirCam over the fireplace."

I dunno why the thought of collecting trophies from all the biohazards I run across at work amuses me so, but I thought it would be neat.

And no, they would not be let anywhere near this computer. Though I might consider letting a few loose on the 486, as it doesn't even have a modem, can be nuked and restored without remorse, and thus would not endanger any other machine.

...dammit, if I'd been thinking about this yesterday, I could have gotten a Kak. Ah well.

I bet collectors are falling all over themselves trying to get a Chernobyl-infected Klez.
